Brett Martin StormCrate55 can be used in stormwater retention, attenuation and infiltration applications. Designed to be easily stacked together, they will create a below-ground stormwater holding tank, or they can allow the infiltration of stormwater into the ground around them. During heavy rainfall, the void that the crates have created will be filled up with rainwater. If the crates are used for attenuation, the water will then drain away slowly into the drainage system. However, if you are using the crates for infiltration, then the water will slowly soak away into the groundwater table. With a load-bearing strength of 562kN per m2 and integrated inlets and outlets, the StromCrate55 is both durable and practical. Please note, 4 connectors and 2 shear pins are included per crate.
