How do I place an order?

Browse our product range, add items to your basket, then proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account to save your details for future orders. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 to 2 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges depend on your order value and delivery postcode. Free delivery is available on orders over £250 (ex. VAT) to standard mainland UK postcodes. Your exact delivery charge will be shown at checkout. See our Delivery Information page for a full breakdown.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return most items in their original, unused condition. Some items such as bespoke or cut-to-size products cannot be returned. For full details, please read our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging as this may be required for any courier claim.

Do you offer trade accounts?

We welcome trade customers. Please contact us to discuss setting up a trade account and to find out about any trade pricing or terms available to you.

Are prices shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

You can toggle between inclusive and exclusive VAT pricing using the switch in the site header. By default, prices are shown inclusive of VAT. All prices are in GBP (£) and apply to UK customers only.

Is it safe to pay on this website?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store or have access to your card details at any time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the courier's tracking page. You can also view your order history by logging in to your account.

I can't find the product I'm looking for. Can you help?

We stock a very wide range of plumbing and drainage products. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please use the search bar at the top of the page. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will do our best to source it for you or point you in the right direction.
