Delivery Information

All deliveries are to mainland UK addresses unless otherwise stated.

Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 to 2 working days. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, though most deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

All charges are exclusive of VAT. Zone allocations are determined by your delivery postcode.

Free Delivery

Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £250 (ex. VAT) to Zone A postcodes (standard mainland UK). This is automatically applied at checkout when your qualifying order total is reached.

Delivery Areas

Zone A covers standard mainland England, Wales and lowland Scotland.

Zone B covers certain remote mainland postcodes including parts of Scotland, such as AB, DD, FK, IV (lower range), KW (lower range), PH and TR postcodes.

Zone C covers Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. Some items may not be deliverable to Zone C addresses due to carrier restrictions.

Your exact delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your postcode.

Large or Heavy Items

Some products are classified as large or heavy and may incur additional delivery charges or require a pallet delivery. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.

Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. The driver will not carry items inside your property. Please ensure you have suitable assistance available to move the goods from the kerbside.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with our courier.

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer services team and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the parcel is not collected or redelivered within the courier's holding period, it may be returned to us.

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional delivery charge may apply.
