We use a mix of hauliers, couriers and suppliers own transport to provide a fast and cost effective delivery service.
Delivery times are displayed on individual product pages, most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 Working Days.
Building materials are bulky and often delivered on lorries, ensure you're able to accept the delivery.
Deliveries to a remote location, such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands and parts of Wales, can take extra time to arrive.
*For orders below £125 ex VAT or any order for delivery to a remote location (Scotland etc) then delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on what you’re looking to order and the delivery address. Product exclusions apply to Storm products.

Take note of the advertised lead time and the estimated delivery date given in your order confirmation email.
You will receive either a planned delivery date or courier tracking. Please be home on the delivery day.
Small items will be delivered to your door. Bulky items will be unloaded to the nearest roadside access point.

Some items in your order may come in separate deliveries due to them coming from different suppliers or having different lead times. Please take note of product lead times when you place your order with us.
Some items sent by couriers are classified as “non-conveyable”, examples of these would be guttering, drainage and pipes. These need to be moved manually through delivery networks and can sometimes be separated during transit, if this happens then the outstanding items usually arrive the next working day.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that your order is protected during transit, unfortunately, damage and loss can occur during this process, so it’s really important that you check your goods thoroughly when they arrive. If your goods arrive damaged or with parts missing, then please let us know within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery and our team will do their best to help.

Whilst every effort is taken to deliver within the advertised delivery time, and the vast majority of orders are delivered on time. Please understand that we rely on external couriers, hauliers and suppliers for delivery, and occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur outside of our control.
We ask that customers due not hire any tradespeople or commence work until the goods have arrived on site and been checked over, as we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred due to such delays.
