The FloPlast SP300 weathering collar in black seals the gap where a 110mm soil vent pipe passes through a roof, shedding rainwater away from the penetration and stopping ingress. It slides over the pipe and locates against the roof weathering slate for a neat, watertight finish. UV-stabilised black PVC resists sun and frost at roof level for years. A key detail on any soil vent termination, available from Plumin Online with quick delivery and honest trade pricing.
