Can I collect an order or visit your offices?

We’re an online business offering a direct delivery service to the Mainland UK and we do not offer a service for customers to collect their orders from either ourselves or our suppliers.

Can I order over the phone?

We don’t accept orders or payments over the phone, all new orders are to be placed and paid for on our website.

Our helpline is there to assist customers with using our website, product advice and order updates.

How can I place an order?

We’re an online shop so all orders can be easily placed on our website.

All payments are to be made on our website and are processed securely by Opayo from Elavon (formerly SagePay) and verified using 3D Secure, an extra layer of security provided by banks and card companies to give you peace of mind when making purchases online.

Can I add to or amend an existing order?

In most cases we wouldn’t be unable to add to or amend an order after it’s been placed. In this case you would need to place another order for the additional goods or if the amendment is for a colour or product change then you would need to return these items and place the order again.

If I’m not in when the delivery company comes will they come another day?

If the delivery driver arrives at your property on the specified date and nobody is in to accept the delivery then they will leave and attempt delivery on another date, unless you have left instructions taking liability for the delivery and asking us to leave your goods in a safe place.

Our delivery costs cover one delivery attempt only and additional delivery attempts may incur additional fees, we will contact you for payment if a re-delivery charge is applicable.

Will the delivery driver take my goods around the back of my property?

The short answer is no, bulk or palletised orders will be delivered by a haulage company offering a Kerbside delivery service so you must have the ability and willingness to manually or mechanically move the goods to where you want them on your property. Smaller items that can be sent in a parcel will be delivered by courier to your front door.

Can I request delivery for a certain date?

Sadly, At the moment, due to circumstances outside our control, this is not a service we can currently offer.

Will I be able to track my delivery?

We use a mix of couriers, haulage companies and manufacturers own distribution so the level of delivery tracking available can depend on what you’re ordering.

In most cases a delivery date will be specified by us and delivery being made between 08:00am and 18:00pm on that day. We pass your contact information on to the delivery company so if tracking is available then this will be sent to the email address given.

How much do I need to spend to get free delivery?

We offer everyday low prices across all of our product ranges so free delivery over a certain order value isn’t something that we offer.

Delivery costs are displayed in the basket.

How long do deliveries take?

The vast majority of customer orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days.

We give a product specific estimated delivery date on each product, this is based on current lead-times from suppliers, manufacturers and delivery partners. We pay close attention to these lead-times so we can give our customers accurate information at the time of ordering, helping you to better plan your projects.
