Once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to cancel your order and our normal returns policy will apply.
No, unfortunately not, we only accept returns if you change your mind about the whole order and wish to return all the items within 14 days of receiving them, this is in line with your consumer rights providing that the goods were ordered for non-business use.
Once received, your items will be thoroughly checked and providing that all of the items have been returned in a new, unused and resalable condition then we will process your refund within 5 working days. Any delivery costs and restocking charges will be deducted from the refund.

No unfortunately not, the customer is responsible for arranging the return at their own expense.
Yes, a consumer (not a business) can return their order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please request returns by emailing our team at sales@buildinstores.co.uk, if the request is accepted then you will be provided with a return address and the return must be made within a further 14 days. Any returns outside of this period will not be accepted
The return must include all the items in your order and they must all be in a new, unused and resaleable condition as well as a copy of your order confirmation.
